How to prepare the medium Emerson YpS?
Preparation
1) Suspend 40.5 g in 1L of distilled water. If desired,
half strength medium can be prepared using 20.25 gr in 1L of distilled water.
2) Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely.
3) Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
*Final pH at 7
